The apartments MIRAMARE are located in a seafront position in Porto Santa Margherita di Caorle, separated from the beach by a private pinewood (with direct access and showers for the beach), a few steps from the pedestrian area.

The holiday resort MIRAMARE consists of several 6-storey buildings served by a lift.

The flats are equipped with TV, microwave (some also with washing machine) and balconies of various sizes equipped for outdoor dining (with sea view and/or pine forest view with a small view of the sea).

Some flats are also equipped with air conditioning - only on request and with extra charge to be paid locally.

Each flat has 1 covered parking space and 1 reserved place on the beach (1 umbrella + 2 deck chairs) included in the price.

The flats can be furnished and equipped differently, according to the tastes of the respective owners.
